DPMP to begin Beta Test phase. The Parts Standardization & Management Committee (PSMC) will meet on April 28 May 1, 2008 at LMI in Tysons Corner, Virginia. This meeting will mark the start of Beta Test for the DPMP. Each

PSMC member organization will develop its organizational Bridge Page within the portal. When most PSMC member organizations have completed bridge page development the DPMP will go public. Organizations wishing to participate in the Beta Test phase

should contact DSPO regarding PSMC membership. About the DPMP About the DPMP

Authorization and control of a bridge page. Organizations that control a bridge page shall have a GIDEP account. GIDEP accounts may be of two types: access to all of GIDEP or access to bridge page only.

Organizations must pass GIDEP acceptance criteria before being granted a GIDEP account. Organizations that are debarred from doing business with the U.S. Government shall not be admitted to DPMP membership

Search the DPMP Search the DPMP The DPMP Search capability will enable the user to search for key words or

phrases found on Organizational Bridge Pages or elsewhere within the DPMP Feedback

Feedback Feedback will enable the user to compose and send a message to the DPMP Administrator at GIDEP. Feedback may address problems, suggest improvements, request

DSCC will take control of this template bridge page during the Beta Test phase and will replace this template page with a customized bridge page specifically targeted on the parts management community. The customized bridge page will provide links to tools and other

destinations the DSCC wishes to make available or showcase. The template bridge page will generally link to one or more destinations. On this page, clicking on the words Defense Supply Center Columbus will take the user to the DSCC Home Page.

Defense Support Contractors and Service Providers. Selecting an organization from this menu will take the user to the Bridge Page for the selected organization. The LMI bridge page, reached by selecting LMI Government Consulting from this menu, is no longer a

Template page. The LMI page has already been customized for the DPMP Parts Management Community. LMI Customized Bridge Page

This menu currently contains only one organization (MFG.com). When mature, this menu will contain all participating Service Providers. Selecting an organization from this menu will take the user to the Bridge Page for the selected organization.

The MFG.com bridge page is no longer a Template page but has been customized for the DPMP. MFG.com Bridge Page

Tools and Services Menu of Tools This menu will contain various types of tools.

Under Part Selection Tools the user will find all available part selection tools made available from participating organizations. One such tool is Pin Point.
