10 2016-17 PICCOLO Pilot (MIECHV funded sites) Continuing use of Parent Survey (Pre/Post) and BSRA-3 Beginning July 1, 2017 requiring use of PICCOLO with ALL families enrolled in PAT or HIPPY (with a child 10 months 6 years) PAT within 90 days of enrollment or turning 10 months; subsequent assessments every six months
