Halo customers face challenges getting needed information out of Dynamics CRM
Online. They use CRM for customers and suppliers along their supply chain and need
end-to-end visibility while being able to react quickly to shifting market trends. Halo
wanted to provide a global online solution allowing customers to visualize sales
performance and quickly identify potential risks.
SOLUTION
Halo Pipeline Advisor, powered by Microsoft Azure, provides
highly targeted sales KPIs and metrics on demand. Halo
leverages the hosting capability of Microsoft Azure as well as
Azures rich application services such as a Service Bus, Blob
Storage and Identity Management that complement Halos
Microsoft-centric solution. By simply providing a Dynamics
CRM user ID and password, Pipeline Advisor loads data into
Azures data storage and quickly creates dashboards that
provide a focused view of the users sales pipeline.
